Your projects shouldn’t depend on your memory.

myprojects.health watches the projects you depend on — the domains, hosting, databases, payments, email and services they run on — and tells you when one of them needs you.

What has broken
A site that stopped answering, a checkout that stopped working, a provider having an outage.
What needs a look
Credits running down, a quota filling up, an account that cannot be read any more.
What has to be paid or renewed
A domain expiring, a subscription coming due, auto-renew quietly switched off.
What each project depends on
What it runs on, what it costs and who provides it — including the things nobody has a connector for.

14 days free, then from $10/month. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

The hard part is not the projects. It is remembering them.

A project is a domain, a host, a database, a payment provider, an email sender, a few APIs and a handful of subscriptions. Any one of them is easy to keep track of. Together, across several projects, somebody has to hold all of it in their head — and remember to go and check.

That somebody is you, between other work. Nothing looks wrong until the morning a domain has lapsed, a card was declined three weeks ago, or a checkout has been quietly broken since Friday.

myprojects.health is not another place to organise everything you have to remember. Its job is to give you less to remember.

What it does

Know what needs attention

One list, worst first, across every project. An outage, a domain expiring and a subscription nobody uses come from different places and answer the same question: what needs me?

Know what your projects depend on

Every project keeps an operational record of what it runs on, what that costs, who provides it and when it renews. You can describe any service by hand — a connector is a bonus, never a requirement.

Don’t miss a renewal or a payment

Dates and thresholds you record become items before they bite: a payment due, a domain expiring, auto-renew switched off, credits running low. You choose how far ahead.

Keep the picture available when you aren’t

One person you trust can be given the operational picture if you are unavailable, on a rule you set — so your projects do not depend on you being reachable.

What it keeps track of

  • Infrastructure and services
  • Plans and costs
  • Payments and renewals
  • Domains and expiry dates
  • Balances, credits, usage and limits
  • Provider and account health
  • Critical business flows
  • Incidents and recovery

How it works

Four steps, and only the first two need you.

  1. 1

    Add your projects

A name and a web address. We look at the site from the outside and start watching it — no passwords needed.

  2. 2

    Connect what they use

Payments, hosting, databases, email, AI. Each connection asks for the least access it can do its job with, and anything without a connector you simply write down.

  3. 3

    It watches, without being asked

Whether things answer, whether your accounts are in credit and in quota, whether the flow your customers pay for still works end to end, and which dates are coming up.

  4. 4

    You are told once

One message per real problem, not one per symptom — on Today, by email, and by text for the urgent ones if you switch it on.

Today: one screen to know whether anything needs you

Today is not this page. It is the screen you open once a morning, after you have signed in.

Each project says what it earned, who visited, and whether it needs you. Worst first — and nothing at all when there is nothing to say.

The real Today card, with the kind of figures a small project actually has.

When nothing needs attention, Today says so plainly. A screen that always finds something to show you is a screen you stop reading, and then the one morning it matters, you skim past it.

Trusted Access

Your projects should not stop when you do. Choose one person you fully trust, and how long without any activity from you should pass before their access becomes available.

You choose the person and the period

One trusted person, and a waiting period you set. Normal use of myprojects.health resets the timer, and you are emailed before anything opens.

They see the operational picture

What you have, what it runs on, what is wrong, what has to be paid, and where you have written down that the keys are kept — enough to keep your projects moving.

You can open or close it at any time

Open it early if you want to. Close it and any session they had open ends at once. You are emailed whenever it is used.

Trusted Access is operational backup access. It is not inheritance, not a transfer of ownership, and not a legal arrangement of any kind. Your trusted person cannot change your account, your billing, who owns anything, or these settings.

How it stays honest

“Unknown” is never shown as green

If we cannot see something — no API, an expired key, a provider with no status page — it says so. A blind spot dressed up as healthy would make this product worse than nothing.

One problem, one message

Symptoms are folded into a single item before anything is sent. Alert fatigue is the failure mode that loses owners, so it is designed against rather than apologised for.

Recovery is observed, not asserted

Nothing outside the system can mark a problem fixed. Only a later check that stops reporting it will.

A connector is never a requirement

Anything a provider will not tell us, you can record by hand — and it is still watched, on the dates and thresholds you give it.

Your data leaves whenever you want

Export everything as JSON or CSV at any time, and delete the account and every stored credential yourself.

What we cannot promise

Alerts travel over email and mobile networks we do not control, so we cannot promise any individual message arrives. Please do not make this your only safeguard for anything critical.

Give yourself less to remember

Add your projects, write down what they run on, and let it tell you what needs you.
